At turbotts.com, we strive to ensure our customers are satisfied with our services. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Refund Conditions
1. Unused subscriptions
- If no characters have been used, you can request a refund within 15 days of the payment.
- If fewer than 500 characters have been used, a refund request can be made within 7 days of payment.
2. Payment errors, fraud, technical issues
Refunds are available for purchases made within the last 15 days if:
- It is determined that your account was compromised and used fraudulently, or if you were charged by mistake.
- You must contact us within 15 days of the disputed charge for us to issue a refund.
- Technical issues.
Refunds will not be granted under the following circumstances
- Partial refunds are not provided. If you’ve used more than 500 characters during a billing period and cancel your subscription, you will not be eligible for a refund.
- Refund requests made after 15 days from the subscription date (including any trial periods) are not eligible.
- Issues caused by incorrect usage or failure to follow our guidelines.
Refund Process
- Contact Us: To request a refund, please email us at [email protected] within 7 days of your purchase. Include your order number and a detailed explanation of the issue.
- Review Process: Our team will review your request and get back to you within 3 business days.
- Refund Approval: If your refund is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Note: turbotts.com allows only one refund per account. If an account receives two refunds, it will be restricted from purchasing any future subscription plans.
